I have a question.. If I want to add true launch bar by right clicking on the taskbar and then clicking on toolbars and finally clicking the program,, the last step doesn't work because when I click toolbars, I'm not able to click on the programs because they are grey and unclickable. Can somebody please help me? I'm running Windows XP Home. Thanks

  3. You have the "bad" value in your registry.
    Open regedit, find the key:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
and delete or set into zero the value NoCloseDragDropBands

    Restart computer after changes.

No NLauncher is *free* if you run the Activate.exe. But close down NLauncher first. If you forget, close it down after and reopen.

    Installation

Unzip the package you`ve downloaded and run the activation program
Activate.exe which is included in the package, then run Setup.exe to
    install the software.

You have to install it before the Giveaway offer for the software is over.

Oh then your computer is blocking the registration over the Internet (like your firewall, Internet security software, etc). Another thing could be is security software that blocks registry changes too.

Also it might be registered already, but NLauncher won't know it until you close it and reopen it. Just right click on the NLauncher menu and click close. Then reopen the program and see if that works.
