Since the past few weeks I've noticed that medium to large downloads in firefox go to unknown state (after some percent of download occurs) and stop. Retrying does not do any good. Does anyone know what is causing this and how it can be fixed? The same downloads happen successfully in IE.

    Thanks.

No clue.. I've always just used Firefox and no problems. Unless it's an upgrade to McAfee, or XP/Windows (for example), then it has to be in IE, so I right click the web page and open in IE for those.
