   It activated and downloaded just fine but when I go to launch it, it wont launch but immediately shuts down. Does anybody have any idea why this is happening? My fiance activated and downloaded it onto her laptop which runs the same version of Vista that I have and it works just fine. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!

   No error messages at all? This would be tricky. Is your PC a laptop also? Same type & model or different?
