    Hi. I was using a program that I'm positive I got from GotD. I can't for the life of me remember the name of it, but it compiled a list of all the file names of items in a specified folder/subfolders. I had only used it a couple times, but it worked really well. I lost it when my HD died, and it's something I'd be willing to buy, if I could just remember the name and find it again. Can anyone tell me what it was? Or point me to similar software?

    Windows Powershell may be worth a look

    It's a free shell addon, with scripting capabilities far more powerful than good old batch files.

    The file and folder scripts here may be worth a look, these may be vbscript, WSH and others

    I have 2 very useful programs but they are mostly in German :
    the very great and multifaceted Infogucker with photo- & mp3-tools- only German
