The GAOTD wrapper fails if it can't find a browser.

The GAOTD wrapper fails to provide any program registration details IF there is no browser installed.

I use a nlite XP installation that has no IE and use Portable Firefox which doesn't need installation - the result: your wrapper exits as soon as the program is installed.

The previous version that didn't always want to put bookmarks everywhere didn't have this problem.

    Can you fix it please.

    Just following on from this:

    a) Why in hell do GAOTD feel they NEED to continuously ask us, (the people who already go to the site and therefore probably already have it bookmarked, RSS'd, etc), to bookmark the site.

    b) People who 'discover' the site are generally perfectly capable of bookmarking it themselves.

c)Consider they already have: Subscribe Email, RSS Feed, Add to iGoogle, Add Bookmark on the home page. Maybe they need to move them to a more prominent position, like at the top of the page instead of buried down at the bottom right side. I can only see the top two options on my screen, 1152*864, would be completely off the screen on anything smaller, (and is, in fact, on 1024*768 - a rather common screen resolution). I've got an idea, swap the blog and Stay informed positions - since people are usually only interested in the software rather than the blog, anything below "Proceed to download page" is unlikely to ever be read.

    d) IMHO, the option to bookmark any site by any program should be 'OPT-IN' since it's nothing more than advertising. And, as in the case of StarBurn, it can go wrong, (or in my case, the program 'assumes' there is an accessible browser).
