Plato Problem!

    Okay, just got the installation problem fixed, now when i try to run it, i clicked on add file to be converted (MOV to AVI) and i get a promt "VideoConvert Application has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I click on "debug" and the program closes off. Any ideas as to why, or how this can be fixed?
