   Hello,

   I installed the SunlitGreen Photo Editor, and followed the instructions. I completed the registration by using the information provided and my eMail ID. Got a response that registration will be completed at the next run of the program. On closing and restarting the application, I again get the message that the program is unregistered !!!! I even tried restarting the PC, as well as the registration process over a dozen times to no avail!!! I am not sure what is going wrong!!! Can you help in proper registration?

   I got help from 'Giveaway of the Day project team'. I had been entering my eMail ID in the corresponding column instead of 'n/a', and that caused the registration problems. After replacing my ID with 'n/a', it registered correctly!!! Thanks Giveaway of the Day project team !!!

   I tried to make the registration using the information provided (entering "n/a" in email field) and it's not working. When restarting the application I still get the message that the program is unregistered.

   Hi jedu, please copy-and-paste the reg info provided by GOTD. Do not introduce any space character when entering or pasting.

   Hi vave, I already did that but it's not working. I also made contact with the support people from SunlitGreen, followed ther instructions, downloaded the new version from the SunlitGreen (version 1.1.0 build 981) and still get the message that the program is unregistered. Perhaps the problem is with the permissions of my Windows XP, but many other people who installed the application had the same problem too.

   I'll install the application in another computer to see what happens.

   Usually, separate downloads of the program from sites other than giveawayoftheday.com will not work or be recognised with the registration information provided here. Only use the download from here.
