Great link, thank you! Matter of fact, I asked a prominent member of this forum for their advice about this program just a day ago, at it was highly recommended. When I get the chance, I fully intend to take the time to learn it!
it says photoshop, but the GUI and tools resemble something much closer to Painter... to the point where I'd think it was an older version of Painter if I didn't know better. :P
I've already got Painter so I won't worry about this program, but it looks like it might be good for anyone who doesn't want to shell out the $$$...
