Well, crud. There goes my narrow-mindedness again. You are right, BuBBy. USA only. I really do need to broaden my horizons, literally! Think you can pull me out of the frying pan again, and alter the title? Maybe something like "Free Subscription To Electronic Gaming Monthly, USA Only" Thanks!

I always read this magazine whenever I go to Borders! It will be nice to get a year's worth of my own copy, for a change. After you complete the registration to get EGM, they offer a couple others under similar terms, one of which was Games For Windows. Thanks FreewareFan (as usual)!

Thanks FreewareFan and hamstergirl. Got my first free EGM (Electronic Gaming Monthly) just the other day (Feb '08). I also signed up for another free one. I believe it was Games for Windows like hamstergirl said. Funny I just checked the site again and I can't find any free magazines anymore. Unless you have the direct link anyway.

More free stuff!!!! I love free stuff!!!! I just sgned up for EGM, but the Games for Windows was not offered after registering. I had a choice of Water Skiing or Bridal Guide. I passed on those though. Not my interest.

Well you can still get EGM (Electronic Gaming Monthly) for free. Just not Games for Windows. :(

This is just a follow-up from my post a month ago. Is I stated above, I would keep everyone posted as to whether of not I got my free subscriptions.
Today, 22Feb08, I DID receive both subscriptions at the same time-- Electronic Gaming Monthly, March 2008, Issue #226 -- and Games for Windows, March 2008, Issue #16.
Last I checked (about 5 minutes ago) these subscriptions were still being given away for free. Here are the links again:
