I have downloaded Tiny worlds and ran the activate.exe and it says I'm activated. I install the game, but in the start folder I noticed that it still has an option for me to buy the game. Also some levels are locked. I have uninstalled it and activated again, but still the same problems.

Most giveaways will always give the option to purchase. (You would like support, upgrades and the ability to reinstall, right) :P
As for the locked levels - I'm guessing because I haven't installed it yet - these are probably the "higher/secret" levels that you unlock by finishing the "lower/easier" levels. It is a standard "carrot on a stick" tactic to give players incentive to keep playing.
Besides, what fun is it in reading the "last" chapter of a murder mystery novel, "first"?
Or I could be wrong...
