registration says my name and reg. # don't match, now what?

    HI,
    I downloaded the Advanced Biorhythms ( today's giveaway,8/19/07) and when I try to register is says my name and reg# don't match. I've even tried removing and reinstalling and still says the same thing. Any ideas? Right now I seem to be on 30 day trial.

    Hi, Patti. The registration is case sensitive, so make sure you type Giveawayoftheday (capital G, no spaces). And I copied and pasted the registration number just to be on the safe side. I hope it works for you.

    I always install the giveaways unless they are games, well I will install games giving issues to help out.

    headman is correct.

    Registration name:

    Giveawayoftheday <-- username

    Registration key:

    6W3HXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX <--not correct reg key (for display purposes) you should have it after install as displayed in pop-up.
