Thought there might be someone here that would enjoy a program that allows older Windows versions to look more like Vista, with the ability to manipulate windows in 3D instead of 2D. The program name is Madotate, and it is located on SoftLookUp.com

Klipfolio is a highly customizeable desktop sidebar ... far more useful than other sidebars I've seen, including Talisman. You can check it out here:

Both programs are freeware! If you want to learn more about them, the reviews can be found here:

    Hi Bobby,

The link for Madotate you provided does not seem to work. I was able to google it and got version 2.02.02

Do you know if this is the latest English version?

    Thanks,

    -Mario

  3. If you're interested in those, you may also be interested in SphereXP and Rainlendar. Rainlendar's INI support makes it perfect with Sunbird's auto-export extension.

Another unusual (and not even Vista-like) interface is Microsoft scalable fabric

    Microsoft info

    The download

Since minimized applications are shrunk to the desktop, this needs an UNCLUTTERED desktop. It also favours being able to spare some screen space, to seperate the active application(s) from the parked previews

  5. By the way, if you're looking to transform your OS into something that looks more like a "future" OS, you might be interested in the eXPerience Pack (pre-XP to XP looks) and the Vista Transformation Pack 7.0 (2K/XP to Vista looks). Google 'em.
