WENT TO MERSCOMM WEBSITE - GAME DOESN’T EVEN APPEAR <STRONG>ANYWHERE</STRONG> THERE, SEARCHED ‘ALL GAMES’ TOO.
ANY HELP PLEASE?

I think there are only two mods, Lee and Bubby and they are volunteer moderators.
Actually there might be three but it is mostly Lee and Bubby who are more active answering questions.
WHY ARE WE TALKING IN CAPS?

There is also "admin", but there has not been any sign of him for like 5 months.
Also, the mods don't necessarily have your answer just because they're mods.
By the way, this particular issue may be better resolved using the contact page. By the way, was it the GotD setup or the actual installer that gave that message?
Oh and for future reference - I don't answer questions that are all in caps.
And yes, just as no other single user has correct answers for every question or has installed every giveaway neither Lee nor myself are a replacement for tech support for every software product GOTD offers.
And both Lee and myself occasionally do other things on the internet, and visit (and run) other websites, and sleep (briefly) and spend time offline - so if a question is unanswered for 10 hours - we might not have the answer (others should feel free to offer assistance) or we might be elsewhere in cyberspace or even offline asleep or living life.
As there are a number of excellent users who are more than capable - if I have nothing further of assistance to add to someone elses comments - I will not clutter the thread repeating or rephrasing what has already been said.

DON'T WORRY - I'M NOT EXPECTING ANY ANSWERS.
To be a moderator you don't have to devote 24/7 to moderator. Really what a moderator does is edit and delete posts that are not within the guidelines not answer questions. Bubby and Lee may not have the answer to your problem, I don't see why you are taking it so personal.
gameluvva, it would help if you didn't yell all the time (ALL CAPS MEANS SHOUTING, IT DOESN'T MEAN YOU'RE COOL). BuBBy spends adequate time moderating the forums.
As for your sarcastic 'not expecting any answers' - you're obviously not wanting any if you aren't even paying attention to what people are telling you. Personally, it seems to me that we shouldn't try to help you since you're being so rude about it.
