   Hello Bubby, :)

   Though I just gave you a smile, I'm really unhappy at the moment because my Tray Master is no longer activated! I love this application and rely on it all the time! What the heck has happened?

   Yes! This is a great replacement tool - thank you! In fact, it's way better! :)

   I'd still like to know what the heck happened with Tray Master?? I'm going to be really pi... uhh .. upset if any other programs that I've come to rely on - eventually expire.
