yesterday I installed and activated the Give-Away-of-the-Day Concept Draw VI Standard.
I recieved a new window in the browser that said it had activated and I used it once with no problem. However, today, a day later when I tried to use the program it started out with the window for name and serial code. Please Help!!!

I have seen this happen on Windows XP machines. I think somehow Windows looses some of the registry entries which are never saved. Thus it could be a Windows XP bug. A few things you can do to protect yourself.
1) Use System Restore (before and after activation)
2) Or use ERUNT (freeware)
3) I believe rebooting, forces a registry save (unless your computer hangs before shutdown).
