Firstly - please use a more descriptive title than "need help".

Second - you have not mentioned what type of cellphone you have - each vendor typically uses different software.

Third - Please check the webpage for the manufacturer of your cellphone first. The software will probably be available from there (the obvious first place to look).

I bought a USB wire to connect my cellphone to my computer so when I connect it my computer asks me for the software. Does anyone know where I can download the software for my cellphone.
