Hello Lee,

I thought that would be obvious.

Well clearly it wasn't.

Which is why I asked for a clarification.

Hey everyone,
Hey Lee,

I have the key and I am waiting for it to go full.

Could you explain what you mean please Lee? Are you saying that you think the registration key that you have now, will work when a newer program comes out? If that's so, isn't that some kind of loophole to the way GOTD works?

I'd love to know! ;)

Lee, you forgot "AVS DVD to Go 2".

Oh, scratch that... it hasn't been released yet, but when it is - you will get a free license for the rest of the year.

At any rate - nobody is forcing anyone to download or use the free software. Sometimes developers cannot actually giveaway the latest version (eg Zoner 4/5) without incurring real financial losses (nobody wants this). Instead they offered to sell the latest version at 50% off. If you are interested enough to purchase the software - the 50% discount in your pocket is nothing to complain about.

But as for "tuvia" this new member who has just joined the forums and shared their first words of wisdom - nice way to make an impression.

For some people - if a neighbor cooked a cake and knocked on their door with the cake as a kind gesture - some people would still abuse their neighbor saying the ingredients probably weren't fresh and chocolate icing isn't as nice as vanilla and it's not big enough, and its on an ugly plate, and they are being inconsiderate because it's lunchtime and they have already got a box of donuts to eat instead. You could give them a free bar of solid gold and they would complain that it is too heavy or bulky to fit in their bag, and why couldn't it be in two smaller bars instead.

As you say:

"How can I win with Giveaway of the day?

 1. You will get to know new software, for free!
2. You will learn more about the software product,....."

I'll get new software, but this is not the case. In many cases the software you offer
is old (old version) and in some cases,so old ,that the provider does have the version
you offer. So you cannot update or upgrade or data for the version I just
downloaded does exist.
