The best form of pre-paid Credit Card is a Debit Card.
If you are writing from the USA, check the museums,...they may have one in the archives.

I always use "PayPal". I belive they have added a Visa Card to thier services.

What's the best pre paid credit card out there?

*LOWEST price?
*Easiest way to load?

VISA giftcard isn't really a "credit card," but it does work as one, and they're the cheapest I've seen. I use them for mostly.. "Get Paid To" sites.. easy money there.

I wish I could find some online-based ones.
