I just had a look at Registry Booster, and it doesn't look like it offers much in the way of features above many of the freeware programs. The feature to "backup changes to the registry" is a feature I feel all registry cleaners should have (which thankfully Registry Booster also has).

The Defrag Registry feature in Registry Booster can sometimes be useful.

Freeware Registry Defrag/Compact
http://www.registry-clean.net/free-registry-defrag.htm

One BIG gripe that I have about Registry Booster - the user interface is terrible. I think the developers went for "looking nice" and "skinned" as opposed to being "useful" and "practical". The program window cannot be resized and the registry scan results/output are jammed into a tiny window that cannot be enlarged. At best you can view only 6 registry keys at a time and each key's information is squashed together over several lines of text. Clearly allowing the user to preview the changes easily before applying them, was not a high priority as was keeping everything in a fixed-sized non-standard skinned window.

So Registry Booster is a thumbs down from me.

In my opinion, instead of giving away screen savers, it would be a better idea to give away software that could actually help out in stuff. I recently stumbled upon this program, Registry Booster by Uniblue (Homepage- http://www.liutilities.com/) and I feel that some form of registry cleaner could be used by most of us, since most of us run windows and most of us know how the windows registry can entangle itself after a while.
