I was having the same problem - I would click on the icon after installation and it seemed like nothing was happening. I then opened the Windows Task Manager by hitting 'control, alt, delete' to see if it was running. On the application tab, it didn't seem to be running. But on the processes tab, I found it. I highlighted where it said videoget, and then clicked the 'end process' button. A warning popped up, I confirmed that I wanted it to end the task. I then tried starting the program again, and it worked. I now have to go through that whole process every time I want to quit the program, but at least it's working. I hope it helps you.

I've downloaded VideoGet and installed it - screen icon and all that. But it won't run. When I double click the icon or right click and hit "Open", nothing happens. Any ideas, please?
