I was doing the same as Trip. Once I capitalized, I was good to go. I read Trip's post and was able to activate in time. Thx all.

So have all those that posted problems got it working registered yet?

I had the same problem. I was copy and pasting the key but typing in the username "giveawayoftheday". I then took a good look at the username and noticed it's capitalized. So username "Giveawayoftheday" is correct. If you copy and paste the username you'll catch the capitalized "G". But if you take it for granted, and type it in manually like I did, it'll give you the results described above in mwellis' and 2-sheds' posts as it was doing the same for me. Once I capitalized the "G" and restarted... it activated. Now when I go to Help>About... it shows the screen Lee has above. Hope this helps some of ya...

I don't get the same as you Lee. I guess I'll try and re-install after I uninstall. Maybe my download was corrupt. But I'm not getting anything but a prompt for me to enter username (giveawayoftheday) and the key in the "about" section and I am continually seeing the "get full version" link at the bottom.

I normally don't have problems activating GOTD software, no matter what enhanced procedure we have to go through to activate. This one's pretty straight forward though, so I don't know why I'm having the problem.

This is what I did:

I installed the file from the rar/zip pack and it then displayed the user name and serial.

I did not enter them as it had done it already.

I have same problem. When I go Help>About; I've tried typing it manually. I've tried copy and pasting the name and key. Each time it says "information saved, restart program". When I do there's a flashing link in the corner "get Full Version".

I get a prompt window when I open the program as well. I click the "enter key" link and then get the same prompt window for the username and key again. I enter again with the same result.

No activation as of yet.

Well as long as you install the version from the zip/rar file it activates itself I found.

Serial you should know that.

I have used the activation key several times and it says it is saved but every time I open the program it has the little flashing "Get full version".. do I need to do something else.
