You should read the above document and follow the advice it gives as soon as possible. Then about 6 emails later without anything from Support worthwhile and abrupt 1 liners I demanded a refund of my au$25. They ignored first demand and kept trying to get the bloody program working Another demand from me and eventually they said they would refund! But they actually debited another $25...I emailed my horror and they said they HAD refunded and referred me to the Accounts Office for objections. Accounts emailed they had record of a refund so I sent a copy of my bank statement showing a DEBIT They emailed they would now credit me but to wait 2 to 7 days. Waiting...still waiting after 9 days and my recent email has been apparently ignored. My question is Who do I appeal to now?
