			<description>&#60;p&#62;I would like to 'Grab/DL' a video clip from AOL's 'MOVIEFONE'; but I don't know if its possible. I am not that familiar w/ 'video-grabbing' SW apps. -Is there a FREE app. out there that does this?  I have one called 'FREE DOWNLOAD MANAGER' but I can't get it to do this. I have Dial-up, and I have the video clip already loaded so its playable/watchable ,-[took like an hour for a 10 min clip]'-so now I would like to save it but I don't know how.  If u think u can help, please chk-out the site first to see if its even possible.  -Even if its not I would still appreciate any insights.&#60;br /&#62;
