<description>&#60;p&#62;Perhaps make 2 ratings for each title. One being an approval rating of the software and the other being a rating of how well it does what it's supposed to do. If possible, restrict rating how well the software works until after they have downloaded it. The current system doesn't seem to be very helpful in deciding how good the software is. Especially with the screensavers.
