Well actually, you may be able to do that with a Freeware called ERUNT. It'll be easy if you've never used the Registry before.

The answer is "Yes it is possible".

You will need to export, edit (remove non software/game data) then import your HKCU registry from your Admin account into your new restricted account.

If your next question is, "but how do I do that?" - the answer to your original question is, "No it is not possible. In future you should activate giveaways while logged in using your restricted account.".

I was wondering if it is possible to create a new limited XP windows user account that can use all the software/games that I have installed and activated (registered) on my XP owner (admin) account.
