I think the game you're looking for is called Real Jigsaw Puzzle. Check it out HERE. It's not a free jigsaw puzzle though

Theres an in game audio player that allows you to select the music you want to play and theres a configuration facility that enables you to change the color and pattern of the background. It's been a long time since I played the game. but I seem to remember the initial puzzles were easy to solve. to get to the harder puzzles in campaign mode you had to complete all the puzzles in the gallery you started in before you could progress to harder puzzles.

When a puzzle is fully solved the image in the gallery shows no jigsaw pieces. If you've started, but not finished the image of the jigsaw shows some jigsaw pieces that are partially connected and if you haven't started the puzzle it shows an image of the jigsaw with some randomly scattered jigsaw pieces.

I have a puzzle game that allows you to walk around an imaginary art galley, unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the game. It's been a couple of years and several formats ago. I'd need to search through my back up files which is a daunting task. If I come across it I'll let you know. :)

Maybe you can find it there. All those games are not freeware. There are a ton of games out there. If you can't find the exact game you are looking for there are others out there that may be better. Give some a try. Even if you find the one you are looking for you can still find others.

Hi, I used to play a jigsaw game, recent puzzle giveaways made me remember it now.
I had it until I lost my computer, and I guess I did not put it on this one?

It allowed to make your own puzzles , with any pictures.
There was a 3d gallery to "walk" around in, with different rooms. The "paintings" on the walls were puzzles, I think in the gallery you could see if a puzzle had been done, a mark on the "painting" maybe?

I cannot remember where i got it , or its name even.

If anyone knows this game, i would really like to find it again.
