Cheap doesn't always mean bad. The Ghost Recon games are $5, and they aren't bad at all. I think it has more to do with age and overall popularity of the game.

It was late last night I was being lazy, thought I'd ask instead of googling.
With your info and a little searching, there was a sale that ended on the 23rd. I guess it has been extended for steam. It still shows it on D2d, but if you click to buy it, it changes to 19.99.

I really didnt care about it. The one I wanted to try was Rome, but if it is that cheap it must suck.Then again, combat wings: battle for britain, is that cheap and rabbit likes it. It has nice looking graphics too.

txnnok, what you are referring to is just simply a new way to find the best games in those price ranges. Doesn't necessarily mean that they are on sale. The Star Wars Galaxies is on sale right now. I browse by the homepage. If you scroll towards the bottom, you'll see a list of games that you can sort by new release, top sellers, coming soon, and SPECIALS. Speaking of 5 dollar games, hey rabbit or wizard, IS that new steam thing about 5 and 10 dollar games for good or just temp. Some of the games have slashes through them or besides the weekend game, Star Wars Galaxies was 19.99 u.s. now 9.99u.s.

Just wondering if this price is going to go back after a period of time. I was thinking there was another, but I guess that was it.
