BUT IT WON"T RUN ? some info Please so we can help like did you get error, did you look in Event Viewer may have info way it not work,of 50 downloads I only got one not run but net download and it fix,And don't For get run all as Administrator

Why is it that reading and following the instruction 'to the letter' does not always work. Several time, and this is no exception, I have installed a program BUT IT WON"T RUN. All the files seem to be there too...and of course it registered Ok too.
