			<description><p>If it&#39;s happening on both your computers it would indicate  it has something to do with with an external source such as your modem or router.  Have you tried re-booting these?  Wen you turn the power off make sure you leave it for atlease 20 seconds to ensure any residual charge (usually stored in any capacitor on the  modem and routers circuit boards)  within the modem and router are dispersed.</p>

			<description><p>This already happened to me 2 or 3 times:<br />
When trying to install a Giveaway I am getting following error:<br />

I am still getting the &#34;Activation Successful&#34; message with the activation key. Nothing seems to have been installed on my PC. I tried to install on a second PC - same problem.<br />
Incidentally, the 1st PC run on XP Professional, the 2nd on Vista.<br />
Any suggestions?
