Yeah I cant get it to work either! I extracted all files[w/ WinRAR]to a desktop folder. I got the key no prob. But when I hit setup.exe I get this message Titled= '16 bit Windows Subsystem'
C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.
[then theres a choice to 'Close' or 'Ignore']

*I have no idea what this means!* -[so I just close it]

I just emailed Aha 3 different times with 3 different email addys. Yahoo! sent me errors on each one. I can't even contact them. Thanks for trying to help. Oh well. I guess it's time to give up on this one. :( -- Jean

By the way, did you read my post about Mad Magic?

I did all that, and I still get the exact same error. It gives me the registration number when it runs the activation file, but setup immediately comes up with that error after telling it to "run". I've tried the mirror D/L site, setting up without activation, nothing seems to work. I am so frustrated! I appreciate your trying to help me out. Any other ideas? -- Jean

I suggest downloading a fresh download from GAOTD, uninstall the current version and deleting it's program folder in program files, rebooting and then reinstalling.

When you've installed close program and run activate.exe again.

Windows 9x/ME/NT/2000/XP doesn't mention 64 bit. Maybe if you check their website, they might have an update or a 64 bit installation package.

Hi again everybody! I’ve been reading the comments all morning and trying the suggestions everyone has talked about. I STILL can’t get this to install. After I D/L, extract, then activate, I click on setup, and I get the following message: “Setup is unable to find installation languages in the AhaGame\SETUP.LID file” “error 105″. There is no setup.lid file. I even went to the Aha site, D/L the demo, copied the setup.lid file to this folder, and it starts the setup then just disappears. The language files are in the folder to begin with. I am running XP Pro x64 with plenty of room and processing speed available. This is only the second or third time I’ve had ANY problem with D/L and installing a program from here. I love this site! Will someone please help me? Please keep in mind I know very little about computers. Thanks a million! — Jean
