It&#39;s a great game. I&#39;ve just reinstalled it and am going to jump back in tomorrow. I&#39;ve played too much operation flashpoint over the last week or so (at least 60 hours woth), so really fancy ArmA II again. I&#39;m still getting problems running Red Faction through Steam, which is really annoying me as I want my demolition fix before I go to bed, lol. </p> <p>I would have been surprised to see the latest Call of Duty being discounted even before it was released. It eems to be the only game (apart from maybe Crysis) to retain it&#39;s price. apart from Steam I also buy my games from Game.co.uk. virtually every game i&#39;ve ever bought from them are at least £6 to 10 cheaper than buying them from Steam (before discounts) or from a shop, but Call of duty has always been full price. That&#39;s why I&#39;m not too bothered about getting that one late; besides i&#39;ve still to play last years release. I only played one level as I had several other games to play at the time. I never got around to bothering again though that doesn&#39;t mean it&#39;s not a good game, on the contrary, its brilliant. Trouble is, there are too many brilliant games around now. </p> <p>I&#39;m actually finding it difficult to decide what to play these days. As an example, tonight I&#39;ve booted up Fallout 3, Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising, Fuel, Need for Speed: Shift, Flatout 2: Ultimate Carnage, Killing Floor, Cryostasis, Anno 1404 Empire: Total War plus several arcade games and Installed ArmA II. I&#39;m amazed how all theses games are dropping in price so quickly, though they are only temporary deals. Remember that ArmAII goes back up to full price tomorrow. I think around 6pm GMT. </p> <p>As Wizz said, I will say buy Red Faction guerilla now. It&#39;s a brialliant game. Make sure your computer covers the recommended requirements because when things are being destroyd a lot of memory is required. I have a 3.2GHz dual cpu with an NVidia GTX275 graphics card with 825Mb of RAM and the maximum RAM my 32 bit system can utilize (3.2Gb) and the game will slow down when there are too many Earth Defence forces attacking and i&#39;m demlishing a building (usually by crashing one of the larger trucks into the building, lol. </p> <p>For me Red Faction Guerilla has to be one of the best games I&#39;ve bought this year especially for fun. I&#39;m loving Operation Flashpoint, and think it&#39;s as good as Red Faction Guerilla, but the &#39;fun fun&#39; factor is a lot less. It feels like a more serious game to me. almost like you&#39;re really playing at War. ArmA II will also give you the same feeling. </p> <p>I&#39;ve just reinstalled it and intend playing it later if i can drag myself away from Killing floor. I&#39;m still exploring all the new maps we&#39;ve been given recently. :) </p> <p>For $16 you should snap RFG up now. Killing Floor is already a cheap game and well worth full price anyway. Still 25% isn&#39;t to be sneezed at, lol.</p> <p>I only wish I wasn&#39;t so intent on getting these games when they are first released.
