<p>After looking at both of them my recommendation, for what it is worth, would be to use <a href="http://links.giveawayoftheday.com/123contactform.com/">123 Contact Form</a>.  It seems easy to use, customizable, and it has built in spam protection (very important).  It also allows you to have more then one form per free account.  The other site probably is perfectly fine but it seem more intent on making money off you then helping out people who need a form service.</p>
