I haven't the heart to point out to her that had she read the license agreement before letting her child play this game, she might not be running the garden hose into his bedroom to fill his inflatable wading pool / pond.

Ever since I read one of my 1st ones that said how they were gonna 'monitor' my usage of their free app., provide my name+info/email to 3rd parties [& not be responsible for what that party did w/ it]+ that party may send me stuff through email or through their product w/out warning or notification, AND if I used it I would be agreeing to their[the 3rd parties] Agreement-[who knows what that entails] & that it was my responsibility to constantly check their web site to monitor if any of the Agreement has changed ,-like the right for them to decide to start charging me for their services w/out any notice -[even w/out a credit #] !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -'Weew'!!-

Sounds like to me that they are protecting themselves from those rare cases where some people can suffer from seizures from watching flashing images from the screen.
