There is one thing I have learned regarding computer problems. As soon as you ask for help, the problem resolves itself. The moral being that the sooner you ask for help, the sooner your problem will fix itself. :)

Computers apparently have a mind of their own. :)

Another alternative is to use Lastpass and its auto-login function. Though you are asked to download a toolbar, it can easily be turned into a button with a little arrow beside it and so takes up very little room. It's a great tool that can ease problems such as you are experiencing. Head to Lastpass.com to take a look.

Try turning on Cookies for this site. In many cases, that's how it knows you're logged in.

I have tried many times to check off the "remember me" option upon logging into the GOTD forums, but to no avail. Every time I exit & re-enter the forums area, I am asked to enter my username & password. Why is this not working? Am I missing something?
