I installed it without problems. When I try to register it, however, it accepts and acknowledges the registration and shows it in it's Help/Register Menu. However, when I close and reopen it again, it has forgotten the registration and says I am in the 30-day trial period. I can register it again, but it will forget that registration also. I am running the current edition of Windows Vista. I tried deleting and reinstalling the program. What should I do? </p>
