Hi, Rube, it wasn't needed to enter any email address. Just follow the readme text. After the activation the programme is registered and you'll find under the tab

misc
in
about
and in
enter registration key
the confirmation that the programme is registered as Tabbles Home Edition.

I am having the same problem...the activation module does not work...i was not given an opportunity to enter an email address to receive an activation key. the package i was trying to activate was "Tabbles" offered on September 11.

it seems many users are having the same problem and send emails alerting this problem but there are no responses from support. I have used your site before and have not had this problem so i believe the problem is not with my config but with your activation module...please fix this..thanks

I am having the same problem. I run Activate.exe, and the program says that it was activated successfully, but I was not given a registration key, I never was prompted to enter my e-mail, and the program says I have 15 days to register.

have you run activate.exe after the install ?

in the readme.txt file :

Installation

Unzip the package you`ve downloaded and install the program by running Setup.exe.
Then run Activate.exe to register the software.

Hi, Today for the first time I was unable to register and activate the "Wondershare FLV Downloader Pro" I have tried several times and then sent an email to the manufacturers support email address.

At present I am stuck with a DEMO that is scheduled to expire in 15 days.

Hope this is not something that happens often.
