When a software has to be installed and activated online, I would never disable the security. IMHO no programme is worth that risk.
Have a look in the forums this problem has been discussed several times before. Maybe you'll find the solution for your problem there. If not give us some more information about your system and what you already have tried.

Check your internet connection, make sure the wrapper can access the Internet (check your firewall), and run as admin. If it doesn't work, reboot and try again. It happens sometimes with me, but retrying usually works.

Even with my security disabled I cannot install this.
