There's a couple of YouTube download sites I know:

Kiss YouTube: add "kiss" in front of youtube.com of the video you're viewing to download it, standard or HD. Requires Java.
Kick YouTube: works the same way as Kiss YouTube, but offers more options in formats. Download links shown at the top.
