I downloaded this and installed as instructed on my Windows Vista Home Premium 64 bit machine, but was not able to successfully activate it.

When I double click to start the program, the program minimizes and hangs. When I click on the program on the Taskbar, it maximizes and continues to open. Then I get an error message about a "Network Card Not Found." Finally, the program opens with the registration screen and it doesn't recognize the activation. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program twice. Again, according to directions. Same result.

I know there is no technical support for this software, but I would appreciate some help in getting it working and maybe a do-over here.

First, make sure you have all the contents of the zip file unzipped to an easy-to-locate folder. Then, read the readme.txt by double-clicking it and looking at it. After that, follow what's in the readme.

(If you still can't understand, first run the Setup.exe to install the software, then run Activate.exe to activate it. Make sure the program that you installed is not running.)

I have downloaded today's giveaway of the day Streaming Video Recorder but I don't knoiw how to register it. I cannot find any information on this anywhere. Help
