All these programmes (anti-virus, anti-malware or cleaners) have a learning curve. The programmes have got to know your system and your way of working and you and I have to learn how they operate, how we can communicate with them, what the terms mean and even how we can get rid of them completely. Install and forget, could end in a drama.
