Yes, ADOBE is German but support in English is just as plentiful. Like Graylox says, singling out one source as being "the best" is not a cut and dry process. Why not start at the source? Other than the PDF help file that's on the CD, you can browse Adobe's links:
--------
http://www.adobe.com/support/photoshopelements/ has some tutorials for Photoshop Elements.
--------
https://www.photoshop.com/ will take you to an online version of the program (registration required).
--------
http://tv.adobe.com/#pd+Photoshop%20Elements has videos about the program.
Also: http://tv.adobe.com/
--------
http://photoshopnews.com/ has background info & updated trivia about Photoshop.
--------
A couple of commercial leads below...
http://www.photoshopelementsuser.com/ :The blurb states that it is "The Only Magazine and Web Site Dedicated Entirely to Adobe Photoshop Elements!"
Your newstand may stock magazines that SPECIALIZE in Photoshop tutorials; e.g. "Photoshop User" or "Photoshop Focus Guide".
Books on the topic are also available for purchase (check Amazon.com; etc.)

Hi, Dawn, just google for Photoshop-tutorials, there are millions, and it is difficult to decide which is best. I mostly try to understand the German versions - LOL.
This is what my search brings up:
http://www.google.de/search?q=photoshop-tutorials&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:de:official&client=firefox-a

I subscribed this newsletter:
http://www.thepluginsite.com/news/index.htm
http://www.thepluginsite.com/knowhow/index.htm

There you get a lot links to Photoshop, mostly plugins and tutorials.

My daughter attends cyber school. She is taking photoshop as an elective class this semester. The school sent her photoshop elements 7.0. After we installed the software on her school laptop, I installed it on my computer. I wonder how hard it is to teach yourself & use. Anyone experienced with it? Know any sites with good tutorials? The help section in photoshop itself is somewhat confusing to me. I could use my daughter's school book but currently she is using it & I thought I'd do my best to learn it on my own.
