There is no relationship between 'cheap stingy bargains' and 'giveawayoftheday'.

If you got the software from another site - you have to deal with the other site. Also, as is mentioned in the forum rules, we do not answer questions about reinstalling GOTD software - and certainly not software from other giveaway sites.

I'm not sure what you mean,Diana.
Clicking the send button opens your default email client (check this in your control panel - internet options - programs tab ) and you should have an option to send the card with one of your configured email accounts.

Another option is to save the picture somewhere you can easily find it (...) ,open your email program on your computer or on the web and add the pic as an attachment.

You might want to uninstall and reinstall it real quick now while you still can. Then contact the company, tell them what happened and ask your questions. Even though there is supposed to be no technical help with these, many will write back and try to get it straightened out. Especially if you contact them during the time it is being offered.

I tried to email a card from within the Greeting Card Builder program and it failed. Now when I click on the Send via Email icon it does not present me with any options to change the server names or choose an alternate email; it just goes straight to send with obviously the same fail result. How can I reset these options without having to reinstall the software? I see no help file for this.

Also can't a web based email be used?

Anyone who can help or had success with this process, please enlighten me.

Thank you,
Diana
