When I purchased this package two days ago there were 14 games in the package (well 16 as there are three RIP games included). I noticed today that they had added another game to the deal. A marble popper game called Chains. It definitely wasn't in the deal when I bought it, but now I can happily say it's appeared at the bottom of all my games in the 'not installed' section. It's not like the usual marble poppers, so for those who've had enough of the Luxor series (gorgeous graphics and excellent game play IMO) or the many others of that ilk, this one looks like it's got a puzzle element to it as well, so may be worth checking out.

I've got to say that this package deal is the best one I've come across so far. the title is misleading though. It says 50% off, but in relality that only pertains to games tha tyou buy singly. They have packaged up 17 games counted up the 50% off price for each then given a further 50% off, which means you're getting these games for a whopping 75% off. Most of the games have also been reduced from their original prices, for example a single RIP game used to cost $19.99. I paid $59.97 for all three a few years ago, now they are selling all three as a single unit for around $2.25. (or $1.12 if you buy the package deal) I can believe how prices have dropped so much over the last two years; though I supposed the recession has a lot to do with it. I wonder how much this package would have cost a couple of years ago when everything was full price (though games like Obulis are a new title; but even that's been reduced drastically since I bought it earlier this year for $24 - it's now $8 or $4 if you buy the package deal.

This offer ends this coming Monday 6th July, so get them while they're hot. :)

Regards

Wow, yet more amazing bargains. Meridian are having an anniversary sale with 50% off some brilliant titles. For example Gumboy Crazy Adventures. (I paid £14.99 for this one when it was first released 3 years ago. You can get it for half price now for £1.99 (~$3) (yeah the price has dropped significantly, but don't let that bamboozle you into thinking the game can't be up to much. It's one of those innovative indie games that really made an impact when it was first released).

You can also get Alpine Prime, Pacific Storm, Pacific Storm Allies - or both in a pack, Space Trader: Merchant Marine, Best of the Underground (which includes Gumboy Crazy Adventures, Eets, Geometry Wars Evolved, Rag Doll Kung Fu), Tank Universal, Penguins Arena: Sedna's World, Obulis (another one I paid £24.99 (~$38) for earlier this year and is now £4.49 (~$6.25) half price), Larva Mortus, Vigil Blood Bitterness, RIP Trilogy, and Shadowgrounds Survivor, all from between £1.49 (~$2.25) to £4.99. (~$7.50)

OR you can buy the whole package for £19.99 (the sale price of all of them totaled up apart from the Best of the underground which isn't included in the full package) is over £40 or the non sale price of over £80. Brilliant bargain which I'm tempted to go for though I already have Shadowgrounds, Obulis, Gumboy Crazy Adventures and the RIP Trilogy. Still, even with those repeats its worth the money.
