Hoping someone will be able to help me?! I have downloaded and installed the Aplus DVD Software and I am trying to convert and copy a DVD.
The DVD Creater runs for an hour or so converting my file (this is an .avi file) When it comes to the end it says that the conversion has been created succesfully.

However there is only Empty Video & Audio folders. I have tried burning straight to dvd (and it burns nothing but the two empty folders) and I have tried saving a copy to the hard drive, but again the folders are empty.

Can anyone help me with why this may be happening?

I was quite excited to get these programs, as they were just what I was after... but it's no good if i cannot get them to work ( lol )
