Played the game and love it. I like the cave concept as well. This would be brilliant with upgraded graphics. The game play elements of the game are excellent as well as simple.

Oddly I've only just downloaded the pre-release version of AaaaaAAaaaAAAaaAAAAaAAAAA!!! - A Reckless Disregard for Gravity, after deciding I liked it enought to pre-order it. The latest version is only available to those who've preordered it because it's basically the full version with 80 levels of sky diving fun, as opposed to the alpha release which I posted six weeks ago.

Got to agree with G@rgoyle as well, splat, splat splat........ (just got a thought in my head about it having more effective sound effects like the sound of breaking bones - something on the lines of the sound effects in Mirror's Edge, but even more realistic, lol - maybe that would be going too far. you could add the odd scream as you plunge into the depth)

Thanks Wizzard, looking forwards to trying this one. It sounds similar to that Aaahhhhaaahhhh game I posted several weeks ago. Turns out the beta was actually limited - most of the levels are locked, which I didn't realize when I posted it. I've just preordered the final game as I was intrigued by it. Didn't realize there were more of that type, lol. :)

Ok so I'm taking over for Rabbit this week as he took my last week for me. I had a bit of computer troubles but I have since fixed this problem =D Anyway on to the good stuff...

Today's game is called Das Uberleben. Das Uberleben is a falling game when you control a player who falls through a cave and must collect stars on the way down to get points. Doesn't sound so hard except for the fact that you have to dodge obstacles along the way. Once you get the hang of the movement, this becomes rather easy. However, you can change the difficulty and can make it so that the screen rotates. Rotation can be constant, random, and absolutely random lol. This gives the game a great feeling of difficulty. I spent around 20 minutes just toying with this one and was pleasantly entertained. This is definitely a short time wasting game, but still worth a download. I highly recommend it.
