Thanks rO, love racing games, so looking forwards to checking this one out. (Apart from the early stages in most of the Need for Speed games and Flatout (the original and Flatout 2) I rarely win any racing games. Games such as GTR and Race 07 I find impossible to win and usually come last, lol.

This is an extremely difficult racing game so don't expect to win or even get above 7th or 8th.

ChaseHQ2 is a fantastic 3D ralley racing simulator from China.

The graphics and the sound effects are simply superb. The game is in both English and Chinese. The readme files are almost all Chinese, but you don't need to read them to understand and enjoy this great game.

It's a pity that there are only 2 tracks, one in the desert and one in the mountains. But to be honest, even if there were 200 tracks I would want more tracks because the game is so enormously nice that you never get enough! So, let us hope that the author will add more tracks and cars ;)

At the moment there are 3 cars in the game: a Lancia Stratos, a Subaru Impreza WRC and a Toyota Corolla WRC. But the author is working to add more cars, eg. a Formula One Ferrari car. Please HuoQi, hurry up! I would like drive a Schumi for once! ;)

Not only the graphics are fantastic, but the game engine must be a formidable one. The car reacts as a real car. Slipping, accelerating, etc.. it feels so real and still it is easy to control, even with the manual gears!
And the most important one is the gameplay. The 7 computer opponents are really excellent! It's not very difficult to reach the 6th or 7th place, but if you want to win the rallye... brrr... you have to be an Ayrton Senna or so!

Technically is this game very good too. It runs very smooth, is easy-to-play and is very challenging. You can run it in a windows as well in full screen.

There are two game modes:
- Championship: Choose a car and race against 7 computer opponents in both tracks.
- Practice: Choose a car and a track and test your car!

Controls:
keyboard:
Enter = start game
Arrow keys or numpad 1,2,3,4 = move
< and > = manual gears (down/up N,1,2,3,4)
Esc = pause with the possibility to exit to the menu

An important note:
Before playing the game (only for the first time): Run "Eu3E}3?kOoAO.bat". This will generate the background music. The game when installed requires 231 MB of hard drive space.
