I have given up on this app.

I have even tried entering the 'correct' registration standing on one foot, playing Queen's - Don't Stop Me Now, during a massage from my fiance, eating a banana, standing on my head, whilst having hic-ups, after a repair install, etc etc etc.

I am beat and gave up.

I did email the company and they swiftly replied, saying it worked for them.

I dunno, maybe it could be a font problem, a system file problem, antivirus problem or a tweak problem.

Worked Fine for me as well RCM.

I'm on XP SP2, But I used the name "Giveaway of the day" with spaces, as the name as that's the way it appeared in the pop-up.

Well RCM I think it must be like an application I paid for, few years ago, xara 3d 5.

The serial and username refused to work and I was told by xara it was a Microsoft update that is the problem.

I will try it in safe mode, thanks for the reply.

The serial is known via setup.exe

It does not work.

What do you mean by clicked it
you have to click register on the program or try reinstalling it

The activation key appeared - and I clicked on it! I had the prgram and I tried to register it - but nothing worked! Yet it appwears on 'add and remove' - when I close it, I am unable to open it again. It doesn't appear in 'akk programs'?? I have downloaded it three times in an effort.

Did find that it's duff.

I have emailed, not received a reply as of yet.

I have also tried as username: 'giveaway' without quotes not working.
