They changed the way they do it(since two days ago, when there was a window to cancel at the time of purchasing..)
I since got the Hidden Expeditions/ Amazon(after procrastinating) and thought that all was well.
(stupid me)
I JUST went to the site and saw to my horror that I was going to be charged next month, so hastily cancelled the membership!
*phew!!!!*
:)
PS, I am spending all my time playing games too...lol!

For everyone who is purchasing games from BFG please be aware that BFG has a new policy that when you purchase a game, they automatically enrol you in the Game Club and YOU HAVE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF CANCELLING IT RIGHT AWAY OR YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED.

Thank you all for all the great information on this site. The only problem is that I'm spending all my time playing games.

Thanks for the info Campy. I've gotten post cards from BF too but I didn't get the ones you mentioned. Makes you wonder....you'd think we'd all get the same stuff.

Wow, thanks, Campy! I get occasional cards from them also (in fact just recently) but didn't read the whole thing, as I figured it was just about their new $6.99 price deal. Appreciate the site point-out. :)

midori, I got a card in the maiil from them telling about amazon99. Not sure why, but occasionally they send a card like this. Probably it is because I have ordered several games in the past and I must have given them my address at some point. Anyway, previously when I got notifications like this, I found that other individuals got other codes. So I checked online and found the ones I have listed. Hidden Expedition Amazon was already mentioned using the code amazon99. This worked for me, but I also found two more.

I got Treasure Seekers: Visions of Gold for 99 cents using treasure99 and Hidden Mysteries Buckingham Palace for 99 cents using palace99. I would guess these are also good through the end of the month, but am not sure about that. Below are links to these games:
