			<description><p>My  husband and I had the same problem. He emailed support explained where he got the program and how it wasn't updating. They said it was a bug and gave us a site to download the program again. </p>

			<description><p>I installed the Advanced System Protector given away recently and was able to get the May 6, 2009 update but it refuses to allow any additional d/l's of updates.  </p>
<p>Anyone have any suggestions? I tried calling but of course to no avail.  They only wanted me to buy the support which is $99.00 a year. The scans are running great but no new downloads.  Maybe I missed that part that it is normal to not update?
