If I want something quick and nice looking, I use &#60;a href=&#34;http://www.faststone.org/FSViewerDetail.htm&#34;&#62;FastStone Image Viewer - Powerful and Intuitive Photo Viewer, Editor and Batch Converter&#60;/a&#62;. It does a lot and it's free.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I haven't played with any of my graphic toolboxes in a long time because of my arthritis. But that program was the first one that came to my mind.

			<description>&#60;p&#62;Hi, a while ago I took a digital photo and then added a frame to it with one of the software packages, but cannot remember what I used. It was a rectangle photo, then with the frame you just get the face in a circle and a lovely coloured border (frame). Very effective. Any ideas which program I could use?
