But most of them are addons. If I want something quick and nice looking, I use <a href="http://www.faststone.org/FSViewerDetail.htm">FastStone Image Viewer - Powerful and Intuitive Photo Viewer, Editor and Batch Converter</a>. It does a lot and it's free.</p> <p>I haven't played with any of my graphic toolboxes in a long time because of my arthritis. It was a rectangle photo, then with the frame you just get the face in a circle and a lovely coloured border (frame). Very effective. Any ideas which program I could use? </p>
